Paul Hamilton of WGR is reporting that he has been told that Tom Donahoe has been told he is out as GM/Prez of the Bills...

no, I don't have a link and I haven't seen this any place else.

The new GM better also replace those awful uniforms.

that would explain why some emailer to WGR claims the saw Donahoe leaving the game with 7 min to go in the 3rd quarter on Saturday.

Len P. of ESPN is supposedly a good friend of TD...Len P. is reporting that TD would be a great fit in St. Louis. :idunno:

Yeah, Len.P needs to find Donahoe a job for next year, otherwise Lenny P.s information channels will dry up. I was listening to WGR and Paul Hamilton said something along these lines "I have a source who has a source that says Donahoe has already been told he is finished as Bills President and GM".

I heard that rumor too. He can go wherever the hell he wants as long it's not Buffalo.

Bills President/GM TOM DONAHOE will be fired after the season. He's 30-47 in five years. That's Matt Millen-esque. It also appears coach MIKE MULARKEY could be on his way out, but he does have three years left on his contract.

This is from the Newark Star Ledger

This could quite possibly be the best Christmas present ever! It will definitley be the best ever if he is fired before season's end. New coach staff! YEAH!

No need to worry TD will definitely be gone. If Ralph actualluy tried to bring him back there would be nobody in the stadium next year.
Another sign of TD's departure came during the Moulds suspension, TD was nowhere to be found and pretty quiet that week. I would think Ralph lowered the boom on him that week also.

The buffalo news did a write up article and it said if Donahoe was fired Modrak would become the GM and he would keep Mike Mularkey and the coaching staff

Modrak and Mularkey arn't really going that much forward. However, we need to get rid of Donahoe and then hopefully Wilson will realize he needs someone else as GM and then a new coach. This team is a joke!

Our uniforms can be pus*y pink as far as I'm concerned as long as we're winning. Imagine if we won the super bowl in those uniforms. We would go down in history as "worst uniforms" to ever win the super bowl.

I would still show my support too...by wearing throwbacks.

Our Home Uni's aren't bad.... when worn with the white pants.

The away ones, i have no idea where those came from.

blue on blue is hot i hope they keep that

dont have a problem with modrak but that aint gonna solve the problem of mularkey not knowing how to coach

all the proof you need is the stat that shows the bills are #1 in first-drive points and #31 in fourth quarter points

this man does not know how to adjust on the fly

that aint gonna solve itself

So if Donahue is reported gone, how fast does the cleaning house start up. I guess Donahue would be the first to go, next GM would I bet let go of Mularkey.

Anyone want some Gregg Williams back in house, lol.

Mularkey would only stay as coach if Modrak is GM, if anyone else is named GM... Mularkey is done.

Well we can game plan with the best of them but when they throw plan 2 in there we didn't quite think it out.

All that is well and good. I'm just too exhausted to go through yet another new regime, GM and coaching change. :ill:

Give me a call when we're actually a half way respectable team. :z:

I can imagine this scenario playing out, TD stays on as President, Modrak is named GM and Mularkey stays as coach. The Bills then throw out this huge PR campaign on how Modrak is running the football decisions and TD is just seeing over the Business aspect of the team.

Then the Bills go 7-9 next year and talk about all of the optimistic improvements on the team and they are just 1 or 2 players away from the playoffs and that will be addressed

the Next year the team goes 5-11 LOL

There is a reason Modrak has been passed over for other GM jobs.

Get rid of him and clean house.

If Donahoe stays on, season ticket sales will drop by a ton and they will need a really good start to sell tickets.

I'm re-newing tickets no matter what but for the love of god get rid of Donahoe!

The only possible hitch is if Modrak takes over. That would be like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Everyone must go. Period.

And yes, those ***** AWFUL uniforms that look like USFL/CFL rejects from some offspring of Titan/Bronco inbreeding need to GO. Bring the tbacks back and be done with it.

Michael82
12-19-2005, 01:33 PM
They need to clean house completely. I hope that after Tom Donahoe is fired, Tom Modrak turns down the job offer because he doesn't want to do that to his friend, TD. Then we can get a new GM and hopefully a new head coach.
