Jaguars hire Musgrave, Smith as coordinators

The Jacksonville Jaguars hired Bill Musgrave as offensive coordinator and Ravens linebacker coach Mike Smith as defensive coordinator Monday, a source within the league told The Associated Press.

The source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the two will be introduced Tuesday as new coach Jack Del Rio's key assistants.

The moves are in keeping with the team's front-office youth movement. Smith is 43 and Musgrave is 35. They'll work with the 39-year-old Del Rio, who was hired last week after a year as Carolina's defensive coordinator.
