Someone may have already posted this but what the hell was up with not selling beer starting half way through the second quarter? I can understand that it is a Saturday night game, but give me a friggin break. Just another reason why we won't ever have many night games and another reason that a lot of people won't be out there next year.

That rule has been in affect for awhile now. I dont agree with it, but they stop selling after the 1st quarter during night games.

actually there were signs up saying they would stop selling at the completion of halftime but they stopped earlier. like kinigirly said, the crowd was liquored up and pissed. People were getting thrown out left and right so they cut it off early.Originally posted by chubluvComment

I was in Section 330, right after the two minute warning in the first half there was about a 15-20 person melee right next to me where a bunch of fans just sitting below the fight got trampled on by those idiots. One guy was cut wide open, there was a puddle of blood on the seat right next to me for the rest of the game.
I was OK with them stopping beer sales in the first quarter.Comment
