What about Jon Runyan FA for RT?

He's played solid for the Eagles. 6' 7" 330. Good pass protector. UFA next year. Thoughts?

Going after LeCharles Bentley and drafting an OT would be the best thing this team could do at this point. Bentley can play G or C. There's no way we get Hutchinson.

        Maybe, but I'll take Runyan's 10 years over Teague's 8.

I'd say good riddance to both - I'd rather get younger at the position.

Of all the OL needs we have, RT is probably the least of them. Peters has played quite well for someone who's learned the position recently.
Still searching for that offensive rhythm.

Maybe, but steady vet leadership on the OL is needed. Move Peters to LT – Williams isn't playing anyway when he's out there. Only thing is, he'll probably want near $5 mill a year like he's getting now.

maybe we can kindly remind him of his age - and he'll take 3.75 a year.

Unless Ferguson falls in the draft I don't think OT is a huge need for us. We need guards alot more then we need tackles in my opinion.

why can't tackles convert to guards?

I think that Mike Gandy will make a damn good RT. That's where he belongs, and then our best offensive lineman should go to LT. Jason Peters.

If were gonna overpay for a guy on the wrong side of 30, Id rather get Verba. But I doubt we go the old vet route
