Weird that only one team finished at .500. Also, no team finished 7-9.

Seems fitting the three 5-11 teams are the Bills, Cards and Lions. Speaks volumes to how far we've fallen since the glory years. :sigh:

we would of had the 3rd pick if we choked against cinci

I am hoping that Miami is able to pick Jay Cutler at the 16 spot, but I doubt he lasts that long. Leinart will be gone to New Orleans or Tennesee and if Vince Young and Brady Quinn decide to stay put, Cutler is the next QB off the board.

A lot of time until April though so anything can happen. Anyone in particular you Bills fans want to see your team draft?

I'd trade up and get Brick. Our oline is disgusting and has been for years. We could get a bust like MW, but then again we could get a franchise building tackle like Pace or Boselli.

Bust factor for Offensive linesmen is too great. Give me a solid Vet any day or even a later round draft pick. Any Olinesman in top 10 is a waste of money. Look at M Williams, Robert Gallery, and McKinnie (sp?) as examples.

I dunno about McKinnnie. Granted his last 2 years were bad but had a very good season this year. 2 penalties, 2 false starts, 0 holding and 4.75 sacks allowed. I'll give you Gallery, although he is still pretty raw with only 2 seasons under his belt.

In any case, I agree it's a crap shoot. But I just don't want a ***** castoff vet or some converted TE. It looks like Brick is as much a "sure thing" that you can have without the use of a crystal ball.

No such thing as a sure thing offensive lineman. How about Tony Mandarich? Too many can't miss prospects. I say have MacNally scout out who he wants and do our best to get them in here. From what I have heard, he likes Olinemen to be very smart. I think that may be why Gandy played fairly well this year. I thought that maybe NE selects its Olinemen like that too.

Of course you have Jason Peters...

I haven't seen him play, so I'll defer to you guys that have. I'm just leery after the Williams debacle.

I didn't say he was a sure thing - I said he was as "close" to a sure thing at this point that you can get. No high pick is a sure thing, regardless of position.
