We keep hearing Losman v. Holcomb but is there a chance that neither guy gets the nod? Perhaps, we pick somebody up and the new guy wins the job?

Well it looks like Phillip Rivers is going to get his chance in San Diego. It was reported last night that Brees may have to undergo injury. We may get to see how good Rivers really is this post season.

I also heard on Sirius last week that Houston has been contemplating passing up Reggie Bush and grabbing Matt Leinhart. What this does for Carr is anyones guess. Carr never had an offensive line in Houston. If released, some team would be wise to grab this kid up.

...and...John Kitna is riding pine in Cincy. Seems wasteful to me. He came out the same year Holcomb did, and is 3 x the QB, IMO. I imagine that after this season Kitna will want one last shot starting. There will be a lot of teams requiring a QB this season. Kitna is not a bad 3rd or 4th choice.

The 1st pick has to take Bush. If they dont, they should still draft thim, then trade him for a QB and another pick.


How will we see Rivers this post season?


Lets see what JP can do. We invested a year, and a 1st, and 2nd round pick in him, so lets see he can do before wanting these guys who are essentially as good as KH

I just heard on GR that the rumors in Minny are that Daute Culpepper will be let go!


We'd need to grab him just so he didn't go to Miami.
