I go with JJ as HC and GM only if....Overdorf still handles the cap and Brandon handles the front office stuff like marketing, lease, ticket sales etc.

I agree...this would be the best move that Ralph could make. That being said, will it happen? Umm, no. That's what's so frustrating about being the fan of such a cheap owner, never goes the extra mile to win a championship...maybe that is why he hasn't made the Hall of Fame yet?

I'd rather have the used tampon with a Bills cap than JJ. I can't stand him and he's overrated anyway. He failed in Fishville when he didn't have a team full of all-pros.
