21:25 PT: Joseph Duarte reports for the Houston Chronicle that the Houston Texans may be looking to trade their No. 3 pick in the upcoming NFL draft. General Manager Charley Casserly has already had some preliminary discussions with multiple teams. The Texans could trade their No. 3 pick for another second-round pick and a pick later in the first round.

The Texans are trying to scare the Bears to give them something for #3, assuming the Bears want Palmer or Leftwich (also whichever Cincy doesn't take). The Bears sit at #4. Cincy takes a QB, but Detroit and Houston took one last year, so one is left for the Bears.
