From Buffalo Bills:
The Bills today announced that the team has signed four free agents cornerback Ronald Hardge, tight end Ryan Neufeld, running back De’Mond Parker and linebacker Josh Stamer. In accordance with club policy, terms were not disclosed.

Hardge (6-0, 180) a defensive back out of Virginia Union University, spent the 2002 season with the Columbus Wardogs in the Arena Football League where he finished the season with 16.5 tackles (ten solo), two pass deflections and one interception. He also spent time with the Pensacola Barracudas and the Rochester Brigade.

Neufeld (6-4, 254) spent the 2002 preseason with the Seattle Seahawks before being released. He was originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent (1999) out of UCLA, by the Dallas Cowboys, where he played in six regular season (plus one postseason game) recording six special teams tackles and one nine-yard kickoff return against Minnesota in the playoffs. He also spent time on the Jaguars’ practice squad (2000) before being activated to the 53-man roster where he saw action in three games, recording one tackle. In the Spring of 2000 Ryan played for Rhein Fire of the NFL Europe league recording eight receptions for 75 yards and one touchdown.

Parker (5-10,185) was originally drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round (159 overall) of the 1999 NFL Draft before being released and signed by the Lions (2001). During his two seasons in Green Bay he played in 19 games and ran for 269 yards on 54 carries (average of 5.0 yards) with two touchdowns. He also caught 13 passes for 65 yards. De’Mond was a three-time letterman (1996-98) at University of Oklahoma, starting at running back his last two seasons.

Stamer (6-3, 242) a linebacker out of South Dakota, spent the 2002 preseason with the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally signed by the New York Giants as a rookie free agent before being allocated to the Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe League. Josh, who started at linebacker recorded 27 tackles including 17 solo, three pass deflections and six special teams tackles during the 2002 NFLEL season.

I thought Parker showed some signs for the Pack. I want to say maybe he blew out a knee??

Could give wys' boy Joe Burns a run for his money.

Parker has some ability. Looked good at times for Green Bay.
