    Great move on his part. He's not a leader, but a great D coordinator. Good for him.

        Good point Red.

        The only reason I don't like this is that now there is less of a pool if Mularkey gets the Ax. Not that I'd brink him back, but some other team would, thus freeing up more of a selection for the Bills.

                  Mike Martz would make a great OC that would be a great hire and the only one I think we need, for some reason I like Mularkey and his demeanor he will be a good coach I know after a 5-11 season that it is hard but lets give him one or two more years

                    Only problem is Martz already stated that he won't come back as an OC right now. It is either Head Coach or bust for him.

                        And thats why they might need to start putting limits on contracts for coaches. Synder can't overspend everybody for a player, but he can for a coach.

                        Over $2.5 million a year??!?!
