Two days after fining Jeremy Shockey $10,000, commissioner Paul Tagliabue showed up Wednesday to honor the New York Giants tight end.
Shockey won an NFL Rookie of the Year Award and took advantage of the moment to again express regret for tossing a cup of ice that struck two young fans at a playoff game in San Francisco earlier this month.
