NFLPA.org has his salaries as follows:

2006 $910,000
2007 $1.19 million
2008 $1.3 million

That adds up to $3.4 million

If media reports are correct, 3 yr extension worth $6.5 million, then he'll receive $3.1 million in various bonuses (signing/roster/reporting). If he rec'd a signing bonus with the extension, then it's amortized 2005-2008. However, Bills did not likely have much cap space, so it's likely the bulk of his bonuses come in 2006

Just my speculation :ontome:

Cap number are unknown until further breakdown of bonuses is determined

I agree with AWM

If he played 2006 under a 1 yr tender, it likely would have been at least the 1st rd tender of approx. $2 million. Bills saved cap space in 2006 AND also saved $$$ in the long run because if he produced like 2005, he would have been much more costly after 2006

how can it be amoritized to 2009 when he was only signed through 2008?

Not bad who knows he might take over for posey.

Or if the bills go 3-4 he might make some nosie this coming year as well. But either way he's a hell of a LB and for those numbers a Hell of a steal if u ask me.

Crow is NOT taking Posey's place. Posey is a strong-side LB something which Crow is not suitable.

Even though it was a tough loss for you guys in losing Spikes for the season, Crowell really stepped it up. He may not be Spikes, but obviously, it's great to have depth like that.

:rage: In honor of TD we should cut Jeff Posey at 12 AM the opening day of free agency. Give the job to Angelo. :peace:

Crowell needs to be on the field period. Find a way.
