If Mularkey goes, I now don't believe this guy to be a good fit in Buffalo. Listening to Sirius yesterday they reported that he was allowing players to leave everyday at 2PM. 2 PM!!!! During the regular season, and preseason. He has a waaaaaaaaaaaay hands off style of coaching that Bills will not respond to. We need a coach that administers discipline.
I liked his offensive system matched with the Bills talent, but we need someone that will demand authority. Mariucci is a pushover.
