Re: List your favorite and worst TD move as Bills GM
Good: Getting Bledsoe. Yes it was a great move at the time.
Bad: Inactive FA this year when there were big needs.
I don't put too much blame on the drafts. Who knew MW would be a bust. But I do kind of blame him for the Coy Wire experiment.

Best: Trading Poorless for Willis
Worst: The 2002 draft"It is better to be divided by truth than to be united by error." -- Martin Luther
"Those who appease the crocodile will simply be eaten last." -- Winston Churchill

2004: Lee Evans: Will he be good enough to be the teams #1 WR? JP Losman a reach at QB. Most likely will end up a bust.
2005: No 1st rounder, was traded to Dallas so the Bills could get Losman.

Best move: I say Terrence McGee. ProBowl return man/very solid CB from the 4th round. He has been a bright spot on the past couple of seasons. I'm sure glad they've got him extended.
Worst move: Going with both Gregg Williams and Mike Mularkey as his hires at HC during his tenure.
Other good highlights:
Getting a first/Willis for Peerless was sweet!
Signing TKO was huge!

Re: List your favorite and worst TD move as Bills GM
Best:
1. The peerless price trade was a thing of beauty, he engineered that to perfection.
2. Most of his 1st round draft picks were pretty good
3. Bringing Spikes/Fletcher here.
Worst:
1. Mike Williams. Although no one can fault him for that, at the time he and McKinnie were it and most any team would have done the same.
2. General lack of OL attention
3. Mike Mularkey/Gregg Williams. Had he signed any of the HC's at the time that were available hed probably still be employed.
4. not re-signing Pat Williams

But how can you excuse MW as lack of coaching yet dismiss JP as a bust!?
