Marv's Age

This seems to be a concern to many, and it has been to me, but then I thought of this:

Joe Paterno is 79 and he just led Penn St to an Orange Bowl victory. If Joe Pa still has what it takes to be a college HC, with all the hands-on recruiting and other duties, Marv's age and health can shouldn't be a factor in working in any capacity in the NFL. I'm on board with Marv now :up:

Maybe if he was HC and had to do the day-to-day NFL stuff it might be a grind, but I think he'll be ok.
