Word is that Lou Saban is being hired as a special assistant to Marv and Ralph.

Jack Kemp is being brought in to be OC.

Cookie Gilchrist will be RB coach.

Mike Stratton will be LB coach.

Tom Sestak will be DC.

Ron McDole will be DL special assistant. His first order of business will be to whip Tim Krumrie's ass.

Paul Maguire will be special teams coach.

Ralph doesn't have to pay for anybody's insurance since all these guys are on Medicare.
