Modrak - GM of Administrative business and personel
Mularkey will have a big say in who is brought in for DC/OC, as well as drafting etc...

I like the restructure. Let's hope it works well.

It sounds like Modrak will do most of the leg work but Marv will make sure the ship will be steered in the right direction. I think both people value the importance of the OL. I would not be surprised if the Bills take 2 OL on day one.

Its a great idea. Since MM is staying let him take on more responsibilty,since can't handle what he has already, and bring in the guys he wants both coaching and playing. Therefore there is only one person to blame when we don't make the playoffs for the next 6 years. And Marv and Ralph will be too old to even remember this all happened...pure genius I think!!!
