Here's the thing I don't understand...if we are getting a brand new coaching staff...new coordinators...new GM...why don't we get rid of the head Coach? I think it's because Mularkey decided to stab his coaches in the back and Ralph didn't think he would do it. Wade Phillips didn't do it and was fired. Mike Mularkey realized this and decided to fire them.

Also, why would we get rid of all the defensive coaches, but not the offense? I always thought Krumrie was a good coach, and Blackmon was respected by the players. IMO, this means that we are going to be going to a 3-4 or something else and the defense is making total changes, probably with the players too.

Marv said in a WGR interview with Howard Simon back on Monday that if he were the G.M. he would start working on the defensive side of the ball. Now that he is the actual G.M. it looks like he is sticking to those words. Also, Tom Clements is out so they're looking for a new offensive coordinator. Possibly Norv Turner? I hope so.
