Levy will always be a coach in the eyes of the Hall of Fame

Should Marv Levy go on to lead the Buffalo Bills to a Super Bowl title as general manager of the team, don't look for his plaque in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, to be updated.
As far as the HOF is concerned, it's "coach" Levy only.

"Should Marv have a long and successful career as a GM, history will record it," said Joe Horrigan, vice president of communications/exhibits for the Hall. "But he was elected to the Hall for his coaching and there's nothing he can do to make himself more of a Hall of Famer. He's a Hall of Famer."

I would never call him anything other than Coach Levy either.
