wow! One might think they could disarm this kid and keep him home for a while. I supposed pulling a gun on a 17 year kid (minor) cannot be considered accidental. One also might wonder what is he doing at a Mcdonalds, trying to gain weight?

Former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick, booted from the team last week for his behavior on and off the field, was charged Monday with pulling a gun on three teenagers during an altercation in a restaurant parking lot.
