Becoming a national punch line for failure -- their Super Bowl XXVIII loss led to a classic David Letterman Top 10 list, "The Top 10 Things Marv Levy Said at Halftime," including "No. 3. The Norwood kick, obviously, was an absolute killer. But I can only think of ONE THING worse than having your franchise taken away from you (the Browns getting moved to Baltimore), and that is having your team's charter jet crash. the Brown's move is way worse than one missed kick; the Bills are still in Buffalo.

Oh yeah 9 and 7 this year big accomplishment.
