Craig Ochs, who quarterbacked the University of Montana to the 2004 Division I-AA title game, has signed a 2-year contract with the Buffalo Bills of the NFL, agent Ken Staninger announced.

Staninger, of Missoula, said Ochs visited Buffalo late last week and that the paperwork on the contract came through Tuesday. It's likely the 6-foot-2, 205-pounder from Boulder, Colo., will play in NFL Europe, an NFL developmental league, next season. more (http://www.missoulian.com/articles/2006/01/11/sports/sports02.txt)

With Matthews most likely gone, we need a 3rd stringer, don't we? He will probably fight it out with Woodbury...but right now, I would guess Woodbury has the inside track - as he can do alot of other things too.

Too bad he's a QB. That would be a great last name for an offensive lineman- "that Bills guard is as strong as an ochs".
