This sucks. The game is not on TV in Buffalo or Phoenix (for Center Ice), and I went to get tickets on Monday and it was sold out already. I have no way of watching the game unless I want to get raped by scalpers.

It's going to be much different having to listen to a game tonight, instead of watching it on TV!

I keep hearing a clicking sound throughout the feed.

It gives me a chance to keep switching channels between the Ottawa/SJ game, and the Messier ceremony in NY. Yikes, that ceremony is still going, and it's been an hour + so far. I don't know if my Centre Ice channel is going to keep the channel on long enough to catch the actual game when it starts. It's slated to go "off air" at 7:30. :crap:

A Human Counterpart controls the feed, they'll cut it off as soon as the final score is shown... trust me...

No, not another injury! :crap: I hope Roy is ok.

Man, will Buffalo pull this one off, or no?

Shootout! Time for the parlour trick.

To go along with Buffalo's traditional job out against "lower quality" teams, the Sabres have been ravaged by injuries tonight. I think it's slowly but surely catching up with the team.

I know we bring this up regularly here, but is it now time for Biron to pack up?

Aside from the Ottawa games this season, this game marks the 2nd time I've been truly embarrassed of this team this season. If this is how the Sabres play against the Coyotes, I fear what the Kings are going to do to them on Saturday. :crap:

I'm thanking the wife for her beloved Sharks tonight. However, it's time to stop worrying so much about what Ottawa does night in and out, and focus on this team. The scoring is fading, and the injuries keep mounting up. That deal NY pulled off to grab Sykora now looks like a giant missed opportunity.

This pissed me off...I'm 100% convinced we win if Briere is healthy.

You guys can't really judge this team when every night a guy or two goes down with an injury. We have a third of Rochester's starting lineup playing for this team now and I know they've done remarkably well.... but lets face facts, 2 of our top line guys are injured. Once everyone is back, we'll be better 5 on 5.

My problem is, with a chance to win this game in a shootout, we put Pominville out as the third shooter? Where the hell is Vanek? As far as I'm concerned, I want Skatezi... er Vanek out there every shootout. We know how good zill... er Vanek is with the puck, he can deke a goalie out of his pads nightly.

I don't understand Ruff using Max and Timmy on the shootouts. Neither one can finish.

All they had to do is lift it over his shoulder. Geesh, I hope they learned a thing or two by watching Sanderson's shootout shot. It was a thing of beauty. I was there, Biron can NOT be blamed in any way for the loss. He made some great stops ... and a lot of them, hence his first star.

After all this stuff I heard about Vanek and the anticipation of finally getting to see him play, all I have to say is.....I sure hope he was sick last night because he looked terrible. Slow, lazy, he looked like he belonged in bed, not on the ice.

Ruff thought they same thing. That is why he didn't do the shoot out.

Sounds like the Sabres played like crap as a whole.
