It appears all the rumors are true. He must be gone. They wouldn't do a press conference that early if he was going to stay around.

I don't see how Mularkey could possibly stay, once the whole resignation issue wound up in the media. How could he possibly be viewed as 100% committed to the Bills when he wanted out, even if Ralph and Marv had talked him into staying?
