This is FAR from a good situation when a guy who had nothing to lose resigns.

I wont miss Mularkey, he didnt do much to impress and the JP mess was the icing on the cake for me.

I can only hope, though, that we make a HUGE upgrade at HC and fix the problem rather than start a new one.

Haslett? Umm he hasnt done much but at least has alot more head coaching experince.

Personally Id love to land a playoff or SB HC like Fassell.

"resign" is such a BS term- 90% of the people who resign were actually fired, and they just "resign" to save some dignity.

Bottom line: Mularkey didn't get the job done and he got what he deserved. I bet there's posters on this board who could do a better job coaching than he did. Of the available choices, the only one who would be worse is Martz.
