I really want someone in here with a hard nosed mentality. Right now, our team looks like the team with no identity. The team that a head coach just abandoned. A boat with no captain leading it's mates....
We need some character, some identity, a tough ass coach that will take this team by storm. John Gruden like character. Bill Cowher character. Parcells character.
I would prefer a HC with previous experience if I had a say in the matter, but none that are available seem to fit this mold.
Anyone know if any coordinators available have this type of stereotype?
