Tampa Bay quarterback Brad Johnson was added to the NFC Pro Bowl roster Thursday as a replacement for Atlanta's Michael Vick, who's skipping the game to have a bunion removed from his foot.
Coach Jon Gruden called the selection an honor that's "well deserved," however Johnson said the trip to Hawaii for the NFL's annual season-ending all-star game was "the last thing on my mind."
"My one goal I wrote down this year was to make the Super Bowl," Johnson said after practice at the University of California-San Diego. "I didn't write about percentages. I didn't write about Pro Bowls. It was the Super Bowl. So my dream and my quest has come true. Now to finish it is to win it."
