1. Sherman, Sherman, Sherman! I can't believe this is not obvious to everyone. This guy is the man... he was in the playoffs 4 out of 6 years (all after Favre's best days were behind him) and is a veteran coach (which this team sorely needs). Plus, he loves JP. He'll get the veterans back in line as well. No brainer.

He didn't play in Buffalo...he was the OC in 97...brought in a 2-TE base scheme when we had no good TEs on the roster

I hope Levy plans on interviewing Saunders. The raiders are going to snatch him up quicky if he doesn't act soon.
