1.Jim Bates, defensive coordinator, PackersA great five-year run as Dolphins defensive coordinator. He became a very sucessful interim head coach, especially the win over the Patriots. Players respect him.
2.Scott Lenihan, Dolphins offensive coordinator
He designed an offense that gave rebirth to running back Ricky Williams, With virtually no weapons at all, With the load of crappy quarterbacks turned around the offense. Offense would be a great aide in winning games.
3. Russ Grimm, offensive line coach, Steelers
His has blue-collar and tough guy demeanor something very lacking in Murlakey and the way this team has been playing the bills need a very imposing and demanding head coach. An Offensive of line coach would make a dramatic changes to our **** line.
4. Tim Lewis, defensive coordinator, Giants
He restored the giants defense that has been slowly geting worse every year. From what i hear rave he has had a tremoundous impact in the new defensives new look. The defense needs to be revamped
5. Ron Rivera, defensive coordinator, BearsJust look at the Bears' defense. Thats all that needs to be said. The Bills need a spark, he might just be it.
6. Norm Chow, offensive coordinator, Titans
USC. A Great offensive mind, we dont' have any offense
7.Kirk Ferentz, head coach, Iowa
He has been a great assissant for year's in the NFL. He is getting it done in Iowa. Who else would you pick to restart a team than a college coach. (ex.Nick Saban)
