What do they have in common ? They are coaches... the only coaches to lead the bills to the playoffs.....

2.Hank Bullough-Good Def coach
3.Gregg Williams-Good Def Coach
4.Mike Mularkey-Good Off coach-well he was thought to be...
What do they have in common ? No playoffs...........
Ralph knows this and he is tired of this trend... The Bills players even want an experienced guy...With a track record of success....Mike Sherman, Mike Martz and Jim Haslett fit the bill.. Hire one of these guys please and watch out for the return of the bills to the playoffs... You Need a guy who knows how to deal with locker room problems...Develope players...Motivate guys...Knows what it takes to win on the road in tough times .. Has actually done it .. Coached in a playoff game..Won A PLAYOFF GAME.
Oh Art shell also fits the bill or bills but i can't see him coaching here...Maybe that 51-3 whipping is still ringing in his head....
