Which playoff teams don't make the playoffs in 2006?

of the 12 teams that made the playoffs this year, which ones do not make it in 2006?

I have four.

Cinci - Injury to Carson Palmer hard to overcome.
Chicago - Paper Bears. Way, way overrated. The defense didn't play anybody all year.
Washington - Frauds. No offense.
Jacksonville - Benefit of the easy schedule.

I agree on Washington and Chicago. Most reports I've seen say Palmer should be back.
