Well, one of the better OC is gone!

Bye, bye...Norv! Norv Turner has accepted the OC position with SF...boy, I think he could've helped the Bills offense. Marv & Co. need to start moving on these interviews, all the good assistants will be taken by the time these guys make a freakin' decision!

The 49ers have hired former Raiders coach Norv Turner to be San Francisco's new offensive coordinator.

Obviously, his family was a main reason, but you guys get my point...we need to make a decision on the HC so that we don't get stuck with leftovers for assistants!

pass...ever notice that it really was that offensive line in Dallas...Aikman, Smith, Irvin??? not really the reasons why NT was great...it was the line.

          Norv

Never did anything after being handed an offense full of all pros in Dallas.

SF will find that out the hard way.

If they don't hire Al Saunders as head coach, i'm hoping they at least hire him as our offensive coordinator. His contract is up at the end of the month. He's free to negotiate with any team for any coordinating positions.

al saunders as an OC would be so damn sweet.. if we got sherman or haslett with that guy at OC i would be extatic... it would be like a 2 for one.. because saunders is my favorite option as our new HC..

We should pull a Green Bay Packer move and hire the Houston Texans offensive line coach as our O-coordinator...

Our HC will most likly be offensive so the OC will be someone he wants. I dont think the HC will just want to plug some OC, that he dosent have a similar philosophy with.

What about Martz as an OC. He may suck at being a HC but hes still damn good at offense...
