Just listening to JT the Brick on Fox Sport Radio, they had a caller from Detroit that said Detroit sports shows are saying that Haslett will be the next coach of the Lions! JT said that what he is hearing also! I have no link, just what I heard just now on the radio.

I'm just wondering why Buffalo seemed to completely toss Haslett aside. He really wanted to be back in Buffalo again. And since when do people actually WANT to come to Buffalo. Plus, they talked about bringing him here for an interview, yet that never happened. It makes no sense. I wonder if Marv and Ralph are still pissed at him for the whole Steroid/Kent Hull thing....

I feel that Sherman is the better candidate if only for the reason that he will bring Jim Bates on as his Defensive Coordinator (a former Belichick disciple) which will be handy in what will soon be known as the AFC Belichick division.

I just heard a espn report that they are to interview Buccaneers defensive line coach Rod Marinelli. If they were that high on haslett, why interview Marinelli?
