Are there really that many numbskull GMs and Owners in the NFL that it requires Affirmative Action through the hiring process?
Aren't most of these guys in the business to win? Why would someone go out of their way to not hire their best option no matter what race they are?
Hire the best man, no matter who he or she is, and screw Affirmative Action in the NFL.
