We don't have any idea what he left with in his hands and/or Ralph isn't going to make a decision until he's had time to talk to Marv after the interview. That will take at least a day.

I think you are right but I say Screw the rooney rule. It's pure crap. If you want a guy, hire him. Pay the fine and move on.

What is more insulting....Not getting an interview, or knowing the only reason you got the interview is because the team had to? I think the rule is more a slap in the face of minorities than anything.

actully this country was built on slave labor, but this isnt a history class. listen all marv need to do is take the first black guy he sees, dosen't matter who it is, out to lunch, talk about the bills for 20 minutes. and then give the job to sherman.
