    So I keep hearing about how Sherman is too soft...

    But his teams were annually among the least penalized in the league. So do you really have to be a hard-*** to have a well-disciplined team?

    I don't see him as soft at all, in fact the opposite. I bet that was a sticking point with Marv as well. He wants the power to suspend moulds or someone like him without having to talk with Marv/Ralph. And he should have it.

    Players should know it ends with the HC. This crap of 'Well I will just to cry to Ralph and get my way' has to end.

        Yeah, I don't see Jauron bringing a big bag of credibility with him. We may have to wait for wins, but it sure would be nice to get a quick fix of respectability.

            No you don't. There are many ways for a teacher to use to reach his students.
