Let's say Sherman gets the HC and he's able to bring in Jim Bates for DC...who would you like for offensive coordinator???

I'm stumped...it's like there's nobody good out there...

I wouldnt mind giving Lofton a shot at all, the Chargers WR have been awesome the past few seasons. It would be nice to give him a shot imo.

Alex Gibbs maybe, O-line consultant in Atlanta, was in denver before that.

Gibbs would shore up our running game!

As long as we get a some good mobile interior linemen. Theres no way BA is going to execute a zone-blocking scheme!

Tyke Tolbert or James Lofton...I dont want Gibbs here at all. His OL mentality is plain stupid. He refuses to draft day 1 OL men bc in his mind its a waste of money.

If we could get The Brick with our 1st rd pick, we could move Gandy to LG. That should improve interior mobility tremendously. Then we just need a real Center and a RG. Zone blocking would probably work well for Willis too!!!

On a side note, does anyone like Jim Fassel for OC maybe?

I would've loved to get Al Saunders, but John Clayton (Tweety) is reporting that the Redskins are going to hire him.

Joe Pendry. (Just kidding.)

I would love Sam Wyche, but his health might not allow it.

Now that my leading candidate Al Saunders is off the market, i'd go with Mad Mike Martz.

100% agree, theres nobody else out there, this is the best offensive coach available. If we could than bring in Capers for D, and Sherman as our head coach, I think we'd have a hell of a staff!

MARTZ!!!

I wouldn't mind Martz as OC, but he has got to know that is ALL he is. Nothing more, nothing less.

What I really want is some of what Miami officials are smoking, since they apparently think Mularkey might make a good OC.

God man, are you nuts?!?

This is the one guy in the NFL who underutilizes the running game more than Gilbride!

No way, no how do I want him anywhere near Buffalo unless he's on the opposing sideline.

Agreed. I hope we can hold on to him with whoever we get for OC.

I'm still waiting on who you think is a better candidate?

How bout Steve Mariucci. Both he and Sherman come from the same coaching tree.

I don't think Mariucci will be back in football until next year at the earliest.

Not a bad candidate, but I feel losman is better suited for a more aggresive offense like martzes'. Let's not forget that Martz also wanted to draft Losman.
