Tough Loss,

Miller was due for a average game, THe defense left him out to dry on the SH Goal though...

Miller played really well, i thought.

Indeed. I guess, though, like head coaches, someone has to take the blame---Might as well be the goalie!

Vancouver just outplayed Buffalo towards the end of the game, plain and simple.

It's time to bounce back, though, because Calgary is no easier. :nervous:

I was very disappointed in the way we played last night. I thought we didn't even start playing until that bogus goal we hung Miller out to dry on. We need to start as strong as we play in the middle and finish if we are going to go anywhere.

I hope the Sabres aren't getting too cocky

I don't think it was cockiness...it was inexperience if anything.

I don't know if I would call it cocky but I saw way way way to many attempts at cute little passes, drop passes and players looking for the pretty play for the highlight reel..... the assist by Timmy was awesome and he played it perfectly, even if the goal wasn't scored it was still a nice attempt and it created a scoring chance.... enough with the fancy passes just put the pass on the tape and skate your butt off for the goal!!

especially during the power play, it seemed.
