Jauron, who served as the interim head coach of the Detroit Lions this season, has been pegged by several media outlets as the favorite to land a Bills job for which he was also a candidate two years ago. But a source close to the Bills' search said that Sherman, who took the Packers to four playoff appearances in six seasons, had a Wednesday interview in which he "knocked the socks off" Buffalo officials.

Didn't we hear same thing about Gregg Williams with interview with Tom Donahoe?

Yes, but atleast Sherman is an expienced coach and is a top candidate. Williams was not the top candidate to begin with when they hired him.

it wasn't hard to knock Donahoe's socks off... all you had to do was tell him that your gonna come in and win, build a dynasty, win him the super bowl and promise all kinds of other stuff that you'll never be able to accomplish and you would get the job.... just look at the track record and it speaks for itself....
