Capers in town today?

What do you guys think of Capers as HC? I like him as a DC, but unsure of him after the Houston disaster. Is he a victim of Casserly's drafting or is he that bad. I know he took Carolina to the NFC championship in jus their 2nd year. That's pretty impressive, but what happened after that?

He's never had to start with an existing team. I think that could be a negative, but then again we have more Talent than both Carolina and Houston had in his tenures. I feel the same way about him as I do the others ... :::
