The last HC that left Buffalo became a premier coordinator with his next team. Can lightning strike twice? How upset would you be if Mullarkey went on to become one of the best OCs in the league with Miami?

He will do a great job, because is isn't in charge anymore. But if you see Travis Minor on the field every 3rd down instead of Ronnie or Rickey- be very afraid.

First of all, no one ever doubted Williams as a defensive coordinator. He is a great DC but was a crappy head coach. Mularkey on the other hand is far from a stud OC. From what I understand he was even close to getting fired as a OC in Pittsburgh before the Bills hired him as the head coach. His offense in Pittsburgh was near the bottom of the league the year before he was hired here.

I fully expect him to be successful. I have no issue with him. Lets just hope our OC is better!

I don't really expect him to be very successful. Big OC downgrade from last year to this year, IMO.

as a fins fan im happy with getting mularkey....the problem in buffalo wasn't the HC...the mess is alot worse than that...im sad linehan is gone but happy mularkey has been hired!!!
