I don't care that Belichick was one win better than Jauron in their first go round as a HC in the NFL. Just because BB did it in NE doesn't prove that DJ can do it here. That's like saying JP can be an all-Pro and go to the SB because Ben Roethelisberger did. Not logical.

Do I want DJ to succeed? Of course.
Do I think he will? I'm not willing to bet on it yet.

He has to answer what he is going to do with:

1. the QB
2. OL
3. FA
4. Nate Clements
5. Eric Moulds

Those are huge decisions.

Good luck DJ.

You left out the coordinators and the rest of the coaching staff, eb.

That's huge.

You left out the owner too. Oh wait, he doesn't have that much power.

1) JP
2) Hutch AND Bentley
3) see #2 plus add in Chris Hovan
4) Let him go
5) tear up the old contract, start over at #2 pay

Those would be the right answers, lets see what Dick does.

Let me see who the cordinators will be before i make any rash judgements. Alot of qualified canadates. Crossing my fingers for capers, and Sherman as oc.

1) LMAO
2) They're not going to the Bills. One will go to the Dolphins.
3) No offense, but there's at least 25 places that people would rather be than Buffalo
4) Good move
5) Let him walk if he wants out

Capers is being looked at by Saban and Miami. Advantage: Miami.

As for Sherman, why doesn't Al Davis go after him? There's no one else out there.

6. Coordinators...

My Answers...

1. JP
2. FA (best guards available - but not overpaid for), Draft
3. FA see above, get some Safety help
4. Tag and Trade - get another first
5. Restructure at all costs - we need EMo
6. Off. Coordinator - Caldwell from Indy, Def. Coordinator - I don't care as long as I've heard of him.
