Let's look at some of his stints...

Defensive backs coordinator - Buffalo - 1985
Defensive backs coordinator - Green Bay - 1986-1994
Defensive backs coordinator - Jacksonville - 1995-1998
Head Coach - Chicago - 1999-2003
Defensive coordinator - Detroit - 2004-2005

What an impressive resume. The only winning team he was associated with was Jacksonville, and that team was carried by Mark Brunell.

Keep in mind, Jauron was a RUNNER-UP TO MIKE MULARKEY 2 YEARS AGO. TOM DONAHOE didn't even want this guy as a coach.

BUT, he did go to an Ivy League school.

This is the nail in the coffin folks.

He has never worked with a young QB. Never been known as an offensive guru, and yet, offense is this team's #1 problem right now.

Mark my words, this is the deathnail of football in Buffalo. They will continue to suck, Ralph will die, the fans will give up, and the team will be long gone before it ever makes the playoffs ever again.

I didn't know about his exstensive background in DB's. Makes me feel better about how the DB play will be for the upcoming season.
