If this is what we have, let's look at this objectively.

I'm not thrilled about Jauron either but.....

He comes from that bloodline of Holmgren coaches like Gruden.

He commands respect. You won't see any Moulds type of incidents with Dick around.

He has won games with worse than average QB'ing.

He got caught in a power struggle as he was hired by McCaskeys. Angelo wanted his own guy.

Plus we have a couple of years of writing about Dick.

He is even more boring than Mullarkey.

I'm willing to at least wait until the rest of the coaching staff is named before I go Apesnit.

Instead of trying to look at it objectively , you're supposed to cry like a ninny and predict impending doom.

Between Buffalo and Chicago, he was a DB coach for Holmgren in GB.

            Check your facts.

that in itself should be good for .5 wins this season!

He commands respect. You won't see any Moulds type of incidents with Dick around.
he has had minimal success as a coordinator, and even less as a head coach.. how is it that he "commands" respect? what is this respect based on? because he said so?

He has won games with worse than average QB'ing.
maybe he will put in shane matthews again..

He got caught in a power struggle as he was hired by McCaskeys. Angelo wanted his own guy.
i am pretty sure that if dick could have won some ***** games, his GM would have been more than happy to keep him.. the only struggle he got caught in was a struggle to get over .500, which he only did once, and then watched his teams regress horribly.

Amen for staying calm until the "meat" of Dicks regime is fleshed out.

We have no idea what Levy will add in FA or the draft either.

Way too early for cloudy skys and the wraith of hell.

Jauron coached DB's in Green Bay. In fact, S LeRoy Butler gave Jauron a ton of credit for his development into a Pro Bowler.

You may not like the guy, but he reputation is of an excellent defensive coach, especially when it comes to DB's.

Don't blind our impending doom fans with facts! I also heard that tidbit that he was fully responsible for Butler's development. Maybe he can get Clements back on track.

Anyone that can make his team go 13-3 with Matthews has my attention.
