Everybody thinks we are going to end up with Caldwell as our OC and Dom Capers as our DC.The problem is Capers is a highly respected DC and he won't be cheap,he would probably cost more than Jaroun . As far as Caldwell is concerned he has never been an OC and had no play calling responsibilities in Indy.He's the QB coach but the credit for developing Manning goes to Tom Moore not Caldwell.So at our most crucial position on our staff we would entrusting our fortunes on a rookie.Whos to say he could develop Losman any better than the last guy.Another note on Capers.He has always been a 3-4 guy and Jaroun has always been a 4-3 guy.Their style of defense dosen't mesh.And Capers has had more success as a DC than Jaroun has ever had,don't know if Capers would work under a guy he may feel is inferior to him and Dom is still being paid by Houston no hurry to jump back into it
