    Ted Washington

Ted Washington was interviewed on 103.3 in Buffalo today & said that he will be contacting Coach Jauran about coming back to Buffalo

He thinks that Coach Jauran is a good coach & he would like to play for him again

He said that Coach Jauran is a no nonsense coach unlike the coach he just had in Oakland
He said the reason why Oakland was a bad team this year is that the locker room was divided and the coach just let it continue without doing anything
He said Warren Sapp was the worst player in the Locker Room in Oakland

He also mentioned that there was no comparing Coach Jauran to Bill Bellicheck and didn't go into any further detail about that

That would be HUGE..... well literally.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
      It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Is he going to be released?

He is currently in the middle of a long-term contract with the Raiders and isn't due free agency until 2009.

It would be far greater news if he were 28 again, and not the 38 years old he will be in April of this year. How much could he have left in the tank?
