"Mike Williams" and "restructure". As far as I've seen, no one supports keeping him around at his ridiculous salary, but some have mentioned keeping him for less money. Why would we want this guy for league minimum? He's always injured, he's mediocre on the field, and he was a #4 overall draft pick who got benched for a guy who has never played O-line before. He also couldn't learn LG, which from what I understand is somewhat easier than his original RT position. I know it's different, but how hard could it be for someone who's been around the game and playing O line for their whole life?

Bottom line: BUST. Cut him loose and let some other team overpay him.
