Well we lose one from Greg Williams old staff (Gray), and then we get another back. If you guys remember, he was our RB's coach during Williams' tenure as head coach.

YES!

Sure he might of used stucco on his gloves but he didn't fumble. Also TH actually was the only bright spot on those GW teams anyway.

Yes he was. I wasn't making my sentence sounding like he was a bad hire. Honestly, in my opinion, I think it is a good hire. When he took over the Rams playcalling duties last year, you will notice they started to run the ball more. In fact, I believe he was the best coach on Williams' old staff. A ton of experience in coaching.

Yeah those guys ruled. I honestly billeve it can only get better. Espically with someone who made the dude from Princeton look like an all pro at times. He wasn't great but he was a nobody and he filled in nice for bulger at times. So overall allow me to steal a quote from the breakfast club.

I agree. I'm liking the move, I would have preferred someone like a Sam Wyche or Jim Caldwell, but I like Steve Fairchild and think he's better than some of Jauron's other OC's.
