    MM effectiveness as a coach, he leaves and the team becomes real successful!

    After he left the Steelers @ 6-10 they went 15-1 & a lost to pats in the playoffs and a SB trip this year?? So basically Pittsburgh had pretty much everything there except the rookie but couldn't put it together with an idiot at the offense helm/coaching. Hopefully we get the same bounce. Bottom line: MM really is a godsend for Miami
