per WGR's report on the BZ frontpage (http://www.wgr550.com/bills/fullstory.php?id=1359) (http://www.wgr550.com/bills/fullstory.php?id=1359)

What his deal? Two years as Giants DC then Baltimore DB coach since? I guess I like the idea of a coach form Baltimore's defensive system. Anybody have some deeper insight?

I like his credentials, but all in all he's just a question mark.

John Marshall, Seattle LB coach.

ooooo yeah, good call. haven't really heard that name in many DC discussions around here. I remember him from when he was Carolina's DC, but after reading his resume am even more impressed:

I like the fact that his Carolina squads had huge takeaway numbers.

Hopefully they bring in someone that can turn the D around.

I'm much more leaning towards the seattle guy myself. IMO seatlle has a good quality core of LB's but nobody is giving them any respect go figure.

Like i've said before seatlle is the buffalo of the northwest.

would he really be an upgrade over Gray? Somehow, I'm not so sure.

I think he would be okay as DC, better than Gray.

Johnnie Lynn was fired by the Ravens in favor of another secondary coach, and we are going to promote him to DC?

so he was fired by the ravens after two years?

how does that happen? it is not like the head coach got canned.. the guy that hired him actually didnt want him anymore?

that guy had a way better secondary there than he will have most places.. but he couldnt make that work?

i am just wondering what i am missing here..
